Feast your eyes on Lawrence - He's a unique, restored vintage writing desk brought bang up to date with a Fab and Funky makeover.
Lawrence is a very sturdy solid piece of furniture, with a drop down door which is also a desk top, five cubby holes and two large drawers with dovetail joints.
The whole piece has been stripped, sanded, primed and painted with 3 coats of mineral paint in colour “Eclipse”, which is a deep blue grey. The interior of the drop down cupboard has been finished in “Our Olive”, a lovely on trend olive green colour. The solid oak details have been waxed for protection.
New pull handles have been added in antique gold.
All in all, we think that Lawrence is a sophisticated and charming piece of history and a great work at home solution for any stylish home.
